Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order with Home Idea Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing from our website or contacting us to place an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Custom-Made Products

All blinds and outdoor screens sold by Home Idea Group LLC are custom-manufactured to your specified dimensions and configuration. Because every order is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items manufactured to your specifications unless the product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.

By placing an order, you confirm that all dimensions and specifications you have provided are correct. We are not responsible for products that do not fit due to incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are estimates based on the configuration you select. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors prior to order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods are presented at checkout. Any applicable payment-processing fees will be disclosed clearly before you complete your order.

4. Payment

Payment is by credit card via Square only. The full amount is charged at checkout. No order is confirmed or entered into production until payment is received and confirmed.

5. Order Cancellations

Because production begins promptly after payment confirmation, cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Cancellations received after 12 hours cannot be honored, as the manufacturing process will have commenced. 6. Shipping & Lead Times

Indoor blinds ship free within the contiguous United States. Outdoor screens ship at a flat rate based on order quantity: $800 for one screen, $900 total for two or three screens, and $300 per screen for four or more. Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Lead times are estimates and may vary based on production volume. We will notify you if a significant delay is anticipated.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend inspecting your shipment at the time of delivery and noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

7. Installation

Installation availability depends on the delivery address. Where the delivery address falls within the service area covered by Home Idea Group LLC at the time the order is placed, professional installation is included with the product. The service area is determined by Home Idea Group LLC and may change without notice. Where the delivery address falls outside that area, the product ships without installation and installation is the responsibility of the customer; an installation quote will be provided separately upon request where a separate installation service is available. Prior to installation, the customer is responsible for ensuring the installation area is clear of obstacles — furniture, fixtures, and personal items should be moved approximately 3 feet away from the window or opening to allow safe access.

All indoor and outdoor products require screw-based installation into structural surfaces. Drill-free installation is not offered or implied. Home Idea Group LLC is not responsible for damage to walls, ceilings, or structures resulting from customer-performed installation.

Professional installation is offered in the Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia area (DMV region), subject to the delivery address falling within the service area in effect at the time the order is placed. Coverage is not guaranteed for every address within that region.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Home Idea Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
